Dynamic design graduate, Owen Smith has joined the Intimation Creative team, based in the Gateshead studio.
During his time studying at CCAD Hartlepool, where he achieved a 1st in Graphic Communication, Owen acknowledges that his prime enjoyment came from communicating a message through the medium of art and design. Continuing in his career with Intimation Creative Ltd., Owen is thriving in his work with a great ability to understand clients’ messages and goals and assisting them to achieve this through his creative work.
He said, “ I love the fact that a designer has to have an interest and awareness of a huge variation of different things. I enjoy the fact that design becomes a platform for ideas, but it also enables me to take other peoples ideas, and help to communicate them to an audience. Joining Intimation, with their wide range of clients and design services, is already allowing me to put these passions into practise.”
Owen has already settled into his new role with the North-East team, working on a range of projects, including branding and print design for key clients. He shall also shortly spend a couple of days with the Dunbar design team in Intimation’s Scottish studio, where he shall become acquainted with the wider portfolio of services.
